365-day return policy
SidKal.com sincerely wants you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if you are not satisfied, we will refund the order up to 365 days after the purchase!

Exchanging an item (NEW*)
- You may request an exchange for the same item in a different size or colour, as long as it is in stock. The replacement item will be shipped once you drop off the package for the item you want to return. We encourage you to do so as soon as possible to ensure product availability. Should the item run out of stock, you will be contacted promptly. If you see the item that you want as a replacement available on backorder on our website, please contact our support team at hi@SidKal.com for our team to assist you with the exchange.
You may also exchange your return item for a store credit that can be applied to a new purchase of any item available on our website. Return fees are on us when you choose an exchange of the same value or more over a refund.
The customer is responsible for the return
- Unless we have made a mistake in the shipping of your order, you are responsible for the shipping fees for returning a product. We will provide a prepaid shipping label with our preferred rate and the amount will be deducted from your refund. Errors rarely happen, but if ever we accidentally shipped the wrong product, please contact our customer service as soon as you receive the order and one of our representatives will solve this issue in a timely manner.
Product must be in perfect condition
- Our promise at SidKal.com is to sell quality products that are new and in perfect condition. For us to accept a return we must be able to ensure the above is guaranteed before we can resell a product. Just as a customer in our physical stores is allowed to try on shoulder pads and must put it back on the hanger in the same condition, your returned order must be sent back in perfect condition. A product in perfect condition will have all labels and tags attached to it. For example, if your skates came in a box, you must return both the skates and box in perfect condition. We encourage you to reuse the shipping box we used to ship the order. Used equipment, sharpened or moulded skates, taped sticks, underwear and athletic support can’t be returned.

Return delay
- It can take up to 2 business days for SidKal.com to process the return once the package has arrived at our warehouse. The refund may take 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.
Returning products purchased with a gift card
- If you wish to return a product purchased with a gift card, a credit will be issued to your account. The amount of the credit issued will be equal to that amount used from the gift card. This credit will be applicable to your next purchase, and does not have an expiry date. You have the option to use the credit in your shopping cart in the section asking for payment method. Credits are not redeemable for cash.
